We have worked with One Rose for the past 3 years. The pros is their communication out is always good about how we are doing with compliance. And they respond quickly to requests. However, there's one con that is frustrating: they have a decentralized communication model, so you have to know who to communicate with for each thing they do. If you don't contact the right person at One Rose they respond saying they're not the right ones to help. So then I have to hunt down who is supposed to help. Ideally they should have one point of contact for a client. For what I'm paying for their service, it seems like a reasonable request.
